I was surprised to see this, and a Federal Judge. From Seattle
If everybody in this country was left-wing, Don Trump wouldn’t be sitting in the White House. That goes for ditch diggers, dog groomers, telemarketers and judges.
Deplorables have dreams also.
The underlying premise seems to be “Dreamers” are immune from the law. Certainly a very nice position to be in but that’s not the reason he was arrested; the kid’s a thug and a gangster.
Our culture has acquired an unhealthy attitude towards law observance which has a severe impact on law enforcement including immigration; in public opinion, cops are bad and criminals are good. President Trump needs to turn the tide but he’ll need all our support to accomplish it
I watched the whole of our President’s amazing press conference from yesterday and I trust he will do what he believes is right with regard to Dreamers...it might annoy some conservatives though that he said it was a hard issue, which involves his heart, as children are involved.
Our side better win this one, or it will set an awful precedent with far reaching ramifications.
23 year old gangbanger...”children”???
The cut off for DACA is 35.
Dreamers the talking point of the day. Another word used by the left to mainstream and water down a topic, person or thing.
Trump was referring to Dreamers in general.
Check to see if he’s illegally registered to vote—another felony and can be tossed out of the country immediately.
“23 year old gangbanger” with no rap sheet from what I have read so far. Seems far fetched to achieve 23 years and not have a criminal record and be in a gang too.
My theory is that these people don’t vote but they are on lists where the DNC votes on their behalf.
Is DACA a law or an executive order? If it`s an executive order, it`s time to rescind it. To me, it always sounded like executive over reach to begin with.
He dreamed of joining a gang in America. Who are you to step on that dream?
So this is not a new thing that just started happening. His brother, who lives in the same house and is also an illegal, was NOT arrested, as he is not accused of having any gang affiliation.
I was trying to see if he voted, but don’t have his birthdate. Given he’s 23, I’m assuming he was born in 1993 or 1994.

Still, he had no criminal history by age 23 when he was picked up so his alleged gang affiliation seems to be a question not answered by the authorities except with a he said they said dispute. I know authorities and bureaucrats when they make a mistakes like to justify the mistake rather than admit to it.

This article lays out some of the “evidence” - sounds primarily based on a tattoo that may or may not be gang related (more like not I think).
The guy did admit to hanging out with gangs in California, but moved to Washington to get away from that culture. Seems to be that there are many other illegals with actual criminal records to be run down and shipped out that the government doesn’t need to make their stand on this battle.
