What's Trump's appeal process? I believe there is a federal appeals court. Then the Supreme court. If it goes to the Supreme court and it ties 3 to 3, then the lower court ruling stays. Trump might have to wait until the new justice is confirmed. Other options:

• Impeach the judge. Requires a super majority? Really needs to be done.
• Eliminate the judge's seat. Requires a simple majority, but does that put the judge next in line for other open judge positions?
• Ignore the order. Doesn't sound like Trump is doing that.

Begin cutting hours. Layoffs. Temporary work stoppages. This judge is lawless. There are ways to let him rule but not let the same crap continue.

The left always finds ways to "work around" and figure out ways to "legally" ignore the judge. So should we.
