the UN = spawn of the devil
Obama is providing all of the motivation needed to break relations between the US and the UN. Whatever his motivation is, Obama, by his nefarious actions, will force our leadership to usher in a time of greatness in America.
I really can’t think of any positive accomplish by the UN-all failures. Now it has been taken over by a bunch of globalist, Marxists, socialists, and elitist snobs.
With Trump coming on board, it looks like the UN has finally overplayed its hand and will pay a steep penalty. Yes, Israel and America need to jointly leave the UN and tell it to get off American soil.
I hope we don’t withdraw. I hope we reduce our contribution to about $5,000 and stay in and retain our right to vote.
Please, Dear God, can’t we just sent them all to Sweden?
That is the ploy my one and only Congressional Representative has used in face to face meetings in the past. I’m not falling for that one anymore.
Turn the UN building into a new Trump tower.

Shut it down. It is nothing but a front for world communism.
Clean out the UN Bldg and turn it into a VA Hospital.

I like the optics of that, but whether a new VA hospital is needed in Manhattan, I don’t know.
Still, it’s time for a reckoning with the UN. Although the crimes of Islamists and Leftists deserve condign punishment, cutting off their sources of funding would be a quick fix until something more stringent could be arranged.
The only reason I can think of to stay in the UN, but not fund it, is the US veto on the Security Council.
Without the US veto the remaining nations can pass all kinds of stupid things that may put US citizens at risk of arrest/prosecution in other countries. Killing anti-American resolutions is the ONLY reason I can think of to stay involved. People with more knowledge may be able to overcome that concern and say we should still get out.
Boy, this guy Greenfield is a real genius, isn’t he?

I agree with that.
I hope Pres. Trump puts some people on a committee on how to get the UN to physically leave this country.
There are problems since the UN owns the building and is on land donated by the Rockerfellers.
Also liberal NY would probably want them to stay.
I am sure the UN could be squeezed in their mobility and their hiding behind diplomatic immunity to commit crimes here and get away with it.
We would have to have the resolve to get rid of them. -Tom
