She should just transfer to Hillsdale.
The problem is not the student but the administration. The President should be fired and others several levels down.
This is ridiculous
She should sue not only the college, but also each trustee of the college individually, for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. They cheated this young woman and her family out of their money. They are lower than Everest University in my opinion.
