In Florida, the infamous DS-200 optical scan machine is in use in many parts of the state. Affidavits from voters illegally turned away from the polls are being gathered. And county election officials are reporting that 25,000 absentee ballots were requested but never sent out in Broward County alone.
Unfortunately, Florida law has been changed to make it all but impossible to have a recount. The only avenue for inspecting the ballots is to file a lawsuit contesting the election results, and that must be done by Friday, Dec 2nd.

It's now been almost a month since the election. Is there anything in the law that stipulates a time limit for requesting a recount?
She’s going to plan B? Kind of late for birth control isn’t it?
I believe she missed the deadline for precinct by precinct recounts. It was November 21. That’s why she contested the whole state, which was a higher bar requiring proof of fraud. It was her only recourse.
Pennsy is a COMMONWEALTH. We’re just a bunch of GOOBERS.

One source lists Nov. 28 as the deadline for division (precinct) recounts. Another source says within five days of the vote certification, which is long past in a lot of precincts.
Less than 100 of Philadelphia’s 1700 divisions (precincts) qualified for recounts, with other scattered small numbers of precincts around the state.
Ignorant blogger/twitter blather continues unabated though.
The truth is out there, but I strongly doubt it's that far out there.

The precinct recounts still go on in Philly. If they get the .08 down to .05, a recount is automatic.

A recount lawsuit was filed yesterday(on the deadline) for Florida.
Don’t care what they file. Trump takes office January 20th and 12:00 noon. 100% guaranteed. No doubt about it.
