How important are a bunch of Far Eastern dynastic wars versus the battles that have shaped western civilization?
This list is highly subjective.
bear in mind the Future battle:
Aleppo Is The Gate For Armageddon And The March On Jerusalem. Why A Donald Trump Victory Is A Victory For Jerusalem And His Defeat Will Usher In Armageddon

I’m not sure that Shoebat is prophetic, but he is well informed on ME relationships. Do I believe everything he prints, no. Is he right often? Yes.
Where’s Hulk Hogan vs Andre The Giant from Wrestlemania III?
My son really follows the war against ISIS
He communicates with Peshmerga expat fighters
One was killed recently
It’s a strange thing the modern battlefield
Social media as bullets fly and mortars land
Yes, I also cheer the Kurdish fighters. X-pat or other.
I don’t share their religious beliefs, but they tolerate that. And they have fought fiercely to protect Christians and others in harms way. Both in Iraq and Syria.
I have frequent interchanges with a few of the Kurdish who are present on Twitter. They are a refreshing change from the lying crap coming from the Obozo State Department and the Media.
In Syria, they are caught in the middle of a pipeline project bridging Bulgaria and Quatar. (including Erdognan and Hillary Clinton)
Yep, and enjoy the global comms while they last.
Thank you Freepers for the feedback including the criticisms. That's why we have soft openings!
I considered including the miracle of the Vistula but rather wanted to make an animated documentary drama instead. The list was simply at my own leisure it being just a soft opening and all.
well okay maybe not that soft but its a start...
History of battles in the far east may well be important. So is the history of the orient and what they went through altogether... The shoe could've been on the other foot and our culture would be the ones getting a ride on the Chinese or Japanese or even the Khans instead. In fact in the thirteenth century we did with help from Marco Polo. I fear we may well be doing that a lot in the next century if Trump does not get elected or if he is is too late in turning back the tide.
Besides, as I said oriental history especially in the Three kingdoms period has information we may need to equip ourselves with if our culture is to survive. The decline of Han was really not that different from what we are going through now. We can only pray and hope it doesn't get as bad as it was then and that our own peach trees will yield some magnificent and brave American heroes like Liu Bei and company who will go forth against yellow turban scum much like the ones at Occupy. Prayer and optimism... Hope springs eternal nowhere else on earth then in these United States.
anyways, Vistula, Tours, Malta, ETC. Those will be coming up. I also got a very good series on Franco and the Spanish Civil war, I was also asked by Brian's viewers the majority of whom are catholic to write about saints and their lives. That's also coming.
Thank you again for your support. God Bless... KYLE
I suppose a case could be made, thanks to America's industrial might, the US still would have won, tho it might have been 1948 or 1949 instead.
But the amazing ebb and flow of the battle, and how an "underdog" won, and the result marked the beginning of the end for Japan and the biggest war the world has ever seen.
I agree, the battle at the hot gates saved all of Western civilization.
Yes. It was an incredible feat. I read an article in the El Paso Times (many years ago), written by Frank Fuelle (editor) naming 3 great battles where a handful of people fought valiantly and impacted huge populations. One was Battle of Thermopylae, another was the Alamo. I can never recall the 3rd. It’s that “random access memory” issue you get when you get older.
I don’t short sell the importance of the battle of Lepanto in 1571.
The editor of the El Paso Times was “Frank Feuille”.
My spelling error.
He was great man.

The response to the treatment at the Alamo was swift and decisive. In 18 minutes the battle was over.
