Yep .. it is. The reason; people have to enter your property to steal the sign.
I think this happened during the GW election, and they finally made it a crime.
There may have even been an arrest or two.

I ordered a can from Amazon, and sprayed my signs. I haven’t had any stolen since I sprayed them, but if anyone grabs them, they are going to be stuck, and the more they try to unstick, they are gonna spread the study stuff.
I really wanted the claymore paint ball mines, but was afraid of paint balling myself when arming the psint ball mine.
