Just mess up his hair and he looks like Jack Nicholson in the Witches of EastwickJack Nicholson is charismatic. Tim Kaine is anything but charismatic.
Supposedly, Hillary selected Kaine because she needed somebody human and likeable as a counterweight to her robotic delivery and cold, bitchy demeanor. In other words, she was hoping for a likeable clown like Joe Biden. Kaine has the clown part down pat, but he missed the memo on likeability.
