Just look at the ‘law’ and give it a run-down vs. the Constitution. There are SO many conflicts that can *only* happen because....it’s NOT BEING USED\CONSULTED. EPA, TSA, NSA, DoEd, SS, Income taxes, etc. all w/ no basis in our Constitutional Republic, or in conflict with. Hell, some of those mentioned, were even *championed* by the likes of you guys.
There was another post on another thread asking why the military didn’t stop the Banana Republic. I say, it’s because the People haven’t had it bad ENOUGH. Barely half pay for the benefits of the other...let it go to 75%+. Let the h’care costs skyrocket, let the ‘Law’ take effect...FULLY.
