Terror-tied CAIR To Donald Trump: The Constitution Says Government Can’t Study or Criticize Radical Islam

Where in the Constitution?
I can't find it.

Like the perverts claiming to be a woman when biologically a man, Saying that it's a religion does not make the secular and militant animals that claim to be a religion does not make it one.

Actually, the Constitution DOES say something relavent to Islam.

It claims to be the Law of the Land.

It is also a document constructed according to English Common Law as it existed at the time and inseparable from that Law.

Since Islam is a political/legal framework that purports to be the law of the land it is not compatible with governance by constitutional means and, likewise, we already HAVE a common law which is NOT sharia so Islam is not compatible with the underlying basis for our Constitution and all of the origional charters of the several States that ratified the Constitution.
