Was on the phone with girlfriend at the time (about 4:19am), she said she heard some “noise”, but he (Seth) said to not worry (did he know the person(s)??).

Your stuff looks pretty accurate from what I have read.
Two assailants, a struggle, enough so that his hands reflected a fight, then two shots to the head.
Rumors of a meet with the FBI seem possible but not at that hour of the morning.I think he was leaving his girlfriends house and was still talking to her on the cell-phone.
Someone knows more I would guess. They have been investigating this for a while now.
