She reminds me a bit of a pic of a couple of female Soviet snipers from the Great Patriotic War...I can best describe them as “hardened but trying to smile”.

Maybe it is my preconceptions, but the one on the right seems to be a wee bit more serious and potentially dangerous than the other two. The one who has a pouch for extra magazines, and, it looks like, an empty *dump pouch* bag in which to drop expended mags for later refilling? And she's the only one with a cap with a brim to keep the Sun out of her eyes while trying to find the Kalishnikov's crappy iron sights....
Yup, I would reckon she's been to the rodeo.
