In his book The Dome, his characters caricatured Cheney as an evil schemer, and Bush as a hapless but well-meaning dunce. He just has no comprehension of anything in the real world.

How would he feel if Bernie or Hillary took all of his money for “the common good”

How would he feel if he published his books in one of his feel-good socialists country where they took 80 percent tax on all his revenues?

I don’t know, but I do know that Maine is one of fifteen states that Trump is targeting that he believes he can win.

Southern Maine around Portland is moonbat country; most of the rest of the state is rural and more conservative, although there are libs in the coastal areas and in Bangor.

Maine is also one of two states (Nebraska being the other) that divvies up it’s electoral votes based on which candidate wins a particular congressional district.

Maine has only two congressional districts and only a total of four electoral votes, so it’s not quite as exciting as winning Michigan or Ohio or Florida or Pennsylvania.

The second congressional district where I live is more conservative than the first congressional district, which is southern Maine.

Whoever wins the statewide popular vote receives two electoral votes; the winner of each congressional district wins one additional EV.

Actually, his front gate was wide open when I drove by on Thursday....someone could have driven onto the grounds if they wanted to (but I imagine the Bangor police would have shown up pronto).

The dude has some major bucks, but let’s face it, he’s a barking moonbat.

“I am very disappointed in the country. I think that he’s sort of the last stand of a sort of American male who feels like women have gotten out of their place and they’re letting in all these people that have the wrong skin colors. He speaks to those people. Trump is extremely popular because people would like to have a world where you just didn’t question that the white American was at the top of the pecking order.”

Stephen King is too stupid to realize that only the Western countries, in other words, the ones actually built by white people, are the ones questioning their own right to maintain their own people.

The Chinese don't sit around wondering whether there are too many Chinese in China, nor whether Chinese should be at the top of the pecking order in China. Neither do they let their women go anti-male feminist and destroy society.

The Mexicans don't sit around wondering whether there are too many Mexicans in Mexico, nor whether Mexicans should be at the top of the pecking order, nor do hysterical women run their public policies.

Arab countries don't sit around wondering whether there are too many brown-skinned Arabs in the Middle East, nor whether they should be at the top of the pecking order, and they sure as HELL don't let their women run their public policies.

So why is it that countries like Sweden, Germany, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Holland, Belgium, and on and on are the ones wondering whether there are too many white people of their own ethnicities in their own countries? If Stephen King had a brain and wasn't such a sissified beta follower wimp, he would realize that such self-loathing is only aimed at those western countries to undermine them, to destroy them, so that their wealth and technology (and women) can be exploited without actually having to invade them militarily. Stephen King is the kind of guy who was always too much of a pussy to fight, so he bends over like a woman and elevates surrender and supplication to a virtue.

Plus, he sucks as a writer. I read The Stand and IT, and some other miscellaneous crap I can't remember, and each time I thought, "What? The story's over?? What the F*** kind of ending was that??" ***SPOILERS (lol) **** The ending of the Stand is literally that a giant hand came down from the sky and killed all the bad guys. The end. The end of IT is literally that a group of kids had sex while calling to a giant space turtle, and that made the bad clown go away. The end. I kid you not. Stephen King couldn't write a whole story to save his life. In fact, his story-telling style reminds me of the show LOST - just make up a bunch of weird crap that seems mysterious, never explain it, then abruptly end your story on some utterly contrived nonsense while congratulating yourself on how artsy you are.

Well, Maine is a bit off the beaten path. And look at his genre. I read a lot of his early stuff, his short stories were very good. But living with that stuff in your head all the time can’t be a good thing.

It’s what happens when they pull the skin back on your face.

Similar to a clown making funny faces...

Unfortunately King seems to have forgotten the skin color of the Boston Marathon attacking Islamic terrorists. Here is a clue King, they came from the Caucasus He should stick to stupid children’s novels.

Does he mean the white Americans who founded the nation that everyone wants to come to? Also it’s mostly white Americans who purchased Kings books and not turd world imports.

King does a lot of good with his money, as well. Million dollar “anonymous” donations to the local library for repairs, and such. Lots of things for the kids in town.

I hate his politics, but there is some good there.

The hatred for Trump is simply hatred for the white male being unafraid and refusing to back down.
It is hatred for someone who actually LOVES their country.

I really wish I worked for the Trump campaign as I would do a mass commercial buy and simply loop the Bernie/Hillary supporters burning the American flag and attacking Trump supporters.....Be unafraid to call the Democrats on their hatred of America.

Yes, I’m aware of King’s donations.

A public school needed books for the school’s library; King donated $10,000 worth of books.

He and his wife Tabitha have donated millions to the restoration of the Bangor Public Library, true.

A book dealer friend told me years ago that King (at that point in time) wrote his books in an unmarked warehouse near Bangor International Airport. He said book dealers would leave piles of his books outside his door, and then go pick them up later and they would all be signed by him, thus making them more valuable.

I can’t forgive him, though, for the insulting comments he has made about both members of the U.S. military and conservatives.
