I’m not going to say there’s not a serial killer.
But just about everytime there’s a shooting, if you scrape the surface just a little, you find a Son of Obama. The media leave that tidbit out consistently, which is a great disservice to the black community. These are not kids from Skokie doing the shooting. To the people on the ground, it looks the gangbangers are using each other for plinking practice.
Once in a great while there’s a stray bullet that takes out a grandma or a kid doing homework in her bedroom. As a rule, that’s not the case; the author cites no actual shootings which fit his hypothesis.
Just the other day, a 15 year old girl was shot in a car driven by her 28 year old ‘friend’ on Lake Shore Drive at Fullerton. At 1:30am. Might the he have been the target?

I am surprised that it is 79.9% and not 100%. There is rule in chicago snitches get stitches and cops get sued for doing their jobs
My coworkers at the Detroit (different city, but same attitude) plant dismissed my safety concerns with a casual wave of the hand. They said that only certain areas were dangerous and most of them only at certain times. One pointed at a city map on the wall and said, “they kept most of the ferals bound in this area by the interstate. And, mostly they don’t go far to shoot people. It’s only one group that does the killing.” (Okay, he didn’t call them a group, but if I used the term he used I’d be instantly labeled racist and flamed out of existence.)
Looking at your death map its obvious the same is true for Chicago. Now we can’t even discuss the most obvious commonality between the shooters. When I was a kid and you could buy a hand gun with no requriements at all, over the counter in Sears, K-Mart and other retailers, none of this random killing was going on. But by the end of the sixties you could clearly see the change in society. One of the huge changes made during that period was President Johnson’s Great Society. This giant money giveaway took land in the inner cities that was OWNED by blacks, condemned it and built giant Soviet style apartment blocks. Then the government gave money to people who had been making it on their own. They got more money if they had children but weren’t married. I can’t help think that removing the father from what, just a short time before had been a strong nuclear family, and taking away their ability to live independently, might (/s) have an impact resulting in the feral killers running rampant on the streets of every city today.
This is one of the worst written news articles that I have ever read: The author speculates that a serial killer is stalking Chicago, but fails to offer any evidence to support the theory.
In north Newark NJ they took that land from Italians to build their high-rise tenements (despite the warnings about how it would destroy the neighborhood); within decades they demolished the buildings and replaced them with low-rises (including some that offer subsidized mortgages, making the Welfarians owners instead of tenants).
Many of the original Italians watched this from neighboring suburbs and were completely vindicated in their opposition...
In Colorado on North I25 “road debris” was breaking windows out of vehicles. One girl got hit with 45 caliber “road debris”. One bicyclist got shot and killed riding down the road. The epidemic of “road debris” has now hit Chicago.
Which routes are dangerous, and which are less dangerous? Is I-294 and I-57 South from I-294 reasonably safe? I have to go there in July.

Were this happening in Park Ridge, the cops would put a stop to it.
The despicable media play it as if the murders are in Park Ridge, so that the citizenry imagines it as such.

This is a stupid story with no evidence to back it up. Were any bullets recovered and compared?
I-294 and I-57 are well away from the violence, you'll be fine.
Honestly, most of Chicago is safer that just about anyplace in the world.
If you look at http://heyjackass.com, the '2016 Deadliest ‘hoods', you'll see it's concentrated in a few neighborhoods. The statistical norm (100 years) for most neighborhoods (domestic killings, neighbor squabbles, gangs, drug dealers) is not of concern to the average citizen throughout the city.
This is almost exclusively black/black gang retaliation.

The column didn’t give any specifics. I am not up to speed on Chicago shootings. Have there been a lot of whites shot on freeways or at Home Depots?
