If they can’t win this case, they can’t win any one, even if there’s video of the defendants calling Chinese “Chinks”. AA is a blatant scam at the defendant universities and discovery will unveil tons of incriminating documents.
Where was their outrage when discrimination in admissions to promote ‘diversity’ was in their favor?

Demwit (mostly Latino) attacks on Prop 209 in California are a big issue for Asians who live there, and they are many -- the Trump campaign needs to make this an issue there, pronto. Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
These policies won’t be re-visited until white women lose their “preferred” status - and many blacks are already demanding just that. When such a large constituency doesn’t receive “victim status”, then they’ll change these policies at the ballot box.
In the meantime they can gripe about how marginalized men won’t marry them, and watch non-white children fill their world while they adopt four-legged “spouses”.
Merit always wins in the end.
