It's up to the individual states anyway, and if the ACLU get involved and it will taken to the SCOTUS and they will do with it what they did with the ‘gay bill’...I wonder what color the White House will light up over this???

Leave it the way it is.”
He says because it’s too expensive to build new bathrooms. If he wasn’t a freaking liberal he would understand how lame that excuse is. All they have to do is go to the bathroom they are supposed to use. You don’t build new bathrooms for them, period!

Nobody Cares! The earth is warming and bathroom gender does not make it any cooler.
Generally agree, but fact is the LGBT faction is pushing laws far enough to be a serious problem if not already. Yes we’ll generally ignore it, but when it’s formal policy defending penises in the women’s room instead of evicting them when it’s an issue, then we have to take a stand against rampant perversion. They’re willing to take it that far, so we must be willing to go farther to stop them - else they won’t stop.
You are correct we should forget about his bathroom and abortion comments.
We should focus on his comments promising a “pathway to citizenship”.
That is outrageous.
So, I guess according to Trump, when/if liberal companies basically intimidate states into accepting their social views on transgender and other issues, states should just roll over and abandon the prevalent beliefs of their people?
My simple Proposal.
Replace the Mens Room Sign with one that says “Vagina Free Zone”.
Change the Ladies Room Sign with one that says “Penis Free Zone”.
Those signs would carry the same weight as the “Gun Free Zone” Signs currently in use.
Simple, yet elegant.

I don’t think I’m particularly “freaking out.” All this did was pretty much confirm for me what I was expecting all along from Trump. When it comes to anything remotely related to the GOP, and that includes Trump, my bleak pessimism is continually warranted.
Cruz on the other hand has sucked at the teat---along with his wife---of the taxpayer their entire adult lives. They would have no clue how to make it in the real world of work. I'm sure they know public policy inside and out. Trump knows work, business, government interference, bureaucrats, traitorous Washington Insiders opening our borders, giving away jobs, planting trojan horse terror cells, and giving away our treasure via trade agreements (the average tariff or tax on a US good exported to China is 35%, and many are prohibited for import into China entirely; goods that the USA IMPORTS from China have ZERO tariff/tax. Our leaders have INTENTIONALLY surrendered our economy and sovereignty to a communist enemy. THAT is the kind of thing TRUMP knows about. Not the history of gay rights or their sex practices.)
