Cruz is beating Trump, but it isn't being televised. Trump just hired an elderly gentleman to help him wrangle delegates. Cruz has had hundreds of people working on that for months. Each of the 56 states and territories have their own sets of rules concerning delegate apportionment. Team Cruz knows them backwards & forewards, upside down and straight up.
