It looks like I am not going to be able to visit that iste. I’ve tried reloading it every 3 minutes since my last post, and only get the “timed out” page.

There’s that, but the 1960’s was also the time that the Kennedy led elite started importing riff raff from around the world to support and vote for corrupt government. I don’t think they wanted those people to be armed, or for the middle class to be armed either as government grew more corrupt.
Correct, and a worthwhile observation.
