Absolutely correct, Daniel. If the GOP establishment wants to defeat Trump they have to out Trump him. Their cowardice and moral corruption prevents the GOP leadership from going after the left with all possible force. Instead they capitulate and hope their failure to stand on principle will somehow allow the left to destroy their own savior. This is the Sanhedrin going after the trouble maker for the sake of remaining in the tyrant’s good graces. I am not equating Trump with Jesus, just sayin....
Unless our borders are walled, you can kiss the constitution goodbye. Little Teddy isn’t all that interested in closing it - it’s just campaign rhetoric. Don’t forget his wife was on the CFR who co-authored a pact for the NAU - no borders between the US, Canada and Mexico. Most of those who advise Mr. Constitutional Conservative onforeign policy are members of the CFR. Do your homework.
And, sadly, that is what you will have. Nothing. These are extraordinary times. I am glad I am getting old.

Some just don’t want to face reality. Mr. “Constitutionalist Cruz just isn’t what he says he is.
Cruz is Cato the Younger--and it is no accident that our Founding Fathers thought the best play ever was Cato, a Tragedy. Trump will in all likelihood win, and then be assassinated, either in fact or for all practical purposes. We will then keep the trappings of small-r republican government as Rome did, but we will become an executive dictatorship. For all practical purposes this has been the case since 2009, and once that corner was turned, turning it back is well nigh impossible.
