Hillary was not a corporate officer of the Whitewater corporation in which she and Bill invested. She asked Susan McDoougal to bring the corporate books and records to her (Hillary's) office so she (Hillary) could look at them.
One they were in Hillary's hands, Hillary locked them in a desk drawer and refused to return them to Susan - and demanded that Susan McDougal leave her office.
Susan McDougle didn't testify to much, but she told this story regularly, and it explained why the McDougals didn't have these records - the Clintons did.
Documents discovered after this date, including some in the public records signed by Hillary, show that Hillary signed documents as President of the Whitewater corporation which Hillary was not. She had no authority to bind the corporation. No corporate act had been taken to make Hillary the president and every action taken by Hillary as 'President' was fraudulent.
The most egregious acts was that Hillary sought two appraisals on a piece of land, both of which came in lower than she wanted. She applied for a federally backed loan and listed the value at a higher value than the property had ever been valued at by appraisal. I vaguely recall at the time that Hillary signed a sworn declaration that the property had appraised for at least or more the amount of the loan, which was a lie - and a federal offense on a federally backed loan. It was one of the bad deals that helped put an S&L under.
All of these papers were made public and shown in their entirety in several Whitewater books, and the media didn't care.
‘I’m a woman’
I don’t think anyone has even mentioned the most recent spew from her hideously gross and evil-speaking mouth: not sending or receiving any classified information on her makeshift email server. Also her explanation as to why she had the server in the first place (too hard to carry separate mobile devices).
How I despise Hillary Clinton, her shitball lying husband, and Obama himself—whom I believe is the disciple and vicious placeholder of their hopeful dynasty.
