It is the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. That is one CREEPY dude. It is not an act he puts on. The crazy way he acts, like how you may have seen him on TV, is really the way he is. It is no act. A totally weird dude.
Thank you for explaining. I can’t imagine being in his presence, I truly get creeped out just by photos let alone hearing him. You lived to tell the truth!
