” RNC has no problem with liberal moderators”
Another poster said it yesterday: Demo debates ought to be moderated by conservatives, and my addition to his thought was Republican debates ought to be moderated by liberals, which they have been.
The last debate demonstrated my final suggestion: that candidates are free to criticize the moderators.
A debate moderated by people with the same political persuasion as the candidates is going to be a lovefest and a bore. We actually do need “cage matches”.
These “cage matches” will also attract a more diverse audience. For instance a debate of conservative candidates moderated by conservatives, is unlikely to attract liberals. That’s a shame, because our candidates need to be able to strut their stuff to liberals.
But they didn’t complain about Ted Cruz and Ben Carson not getting enough air time in the last two debates..
(indeed you are correct).
I don’t care about the cage match part-tough questions are ok, but we do actually want questions about issues that Conservatives, Republicans, Constitutionalists, Libertarians, and anyone else even marginally on the “right” cares about, not liberal pap, every freaking time, on every freakin’ issue!
I’ve been thinking that this is the right place for Sarah... Head of the RNC.
