RC models are toys. Anything applied to leisure becomes a toy. A sailboat is a big expensive toy.

See the problem you have made for yourself is that you say you don’t trust what a professional modeling company has produced, even though they make measurements from actual prototypes. Yet you are looking around for plans from questionable sources and expect to build something completely accurate to the actual prototype. That makes little sense and that’s why I think you won’t actually build anything. I wish you luck though. You’ll find that accuracy to a prototype doesn’t necessarily lead to a flyable model.
