Be berry, berry quiet. Dont mention the Great Lakes ice coverage during the past two winters. Or the above average rainfall for the last couple years.
And don't even THINK about the Arctic and Antarctic increase in ice coverage and persistence!

Just six weeks until the first lake effect snows. Mark my words. I am more accurate than the Weather Channel.

" I am more accurate than the Weather Channel." But, do you do endless tow trucks in the snow shows?

Yes, though of course on bodies of water that large, 6 feet is a lot of water. It’s not like a TVA reservoir where you get a wet spring and bang, it’s full.
This really was an amazing recovery, and absolutely it had to do with the ice cover over two consecutive years that reduced evaporation, and what caused the ice cover? the “polar vortex” getting dislocated by an anomalous shaped jet stream and what caused that jet stream, temperature anomalies in the Pacific basin, which is attributed to climate change, so QED, climate change refilled the lake. I'm 5 miles south of Lake Ontario - I'm still cold. I'm an original 315er, haven't been up there in years though.

With the demise of Kodak, Xerox, Bausch & Lomb, the Rochester area is devastated. The 315 neighborhood isn't much better.
