Every society has shady people. And just because they’re referred to as “Korean” massage parlors doesn’t mean that the employees are Korean. I’d bet they are mostly Chinese, Filipina and Southeast Asian (Vietnamese, Thai, Cambodian, Laotian & etc.) instead of ROK. Most Koreans are too affluent to work in something like that circa 2015.
