There seem to be at least three Jebs running for president this time; one who wants to win and says what gets votes, a second one who wants more than anything, to crush the conservative agenda, even if that means losing this time. And a third Jeb, who in his heart of hearts, wants to be the first American President to welcome Mexico as a 51st state. For this third goal, no level of pandering is too low, no promise of citizen benefits too high.
Jeb is often his own worst enemy at this stage of the campaign.

See here’s the thing about conservatives: We do not need to be campaigned to. We do not care what you say. We care what you DO and right now we think what you will do is tell us what you think we want to hear and then govern like a liberal.
If he had governed and acted like a conservative he wouldn’t have to convince us. Because he has not done so, he cannot.
