are you familiar with the Free State Project?
“I say happy July 4th.

Allergic to bread, but always up for a dog.
“are you familiar with the Free State Project?”
Thanks. I’ll take a look.
“Allergic to bread, but always up for a dog.”
Dog and a beer or dog and a soda.
“Live Free or Die!”
If you want to secure our liberties then consider seriously the Article V movement. Our constitution is a fine structure if we can only get the spineless GOPe in the house and senate to EXERCISE their powers.
Do you live in NH?
If so, isn’t that a state that imploded?

Our first order of business.

WYOMING! Escaped from IL. Didn’t consider NH on the relo.
What is the point of a physical gathering? What are the drawbacks of a physical gathering?
Operation Garden Plot
Good question. I believe that a physical gathering helps draw attention to the cause (for good or bad), and also helps focus and solidify people's efforts at airing and wringing out issues without getting lost in the weeds of technicalities and back and forth responses and misdirections that veer off-course and flounder. I can imagine that had we had emails and Internet and Blogs, Webnars and Social Media in the days of British Rule, things wouldn't have transpired so well. Granted, avenues such as FR are important, but there is a certain urgency and quickness of problem resolution that stems out of face to face dialogs. I think of it as another bullet in our gun.
“Operation Garden Plot”
I think it is a good thing to see where one stands, and to flush out any potential acrimony by the state.
Duh! Forgot to check your profile page.
Agreed
I’m just south of you in northern Colorado. If the Free State Project chose Wyoming, I’d probably move.
Meet in Jackson Hole?
I'd say anywhere in the continental US, if we could get a quorum. The 1st continental congress had 56 delegates from 12 of the 13 colonies. In our case, maybe 100 or so representatives would be sufficient to kick things off? Of course, travel should be planned to have minimum impact, probably near a travel-hub.
