My hubby and I went to one in Atlanta years ago in ‘93. It was great and the food was awesome. Wouldn’t be caught dead at one with the atmosphere in our country right now.

i’m so sick of the african-american, irish-american, mexican-american, italian-american, etc. mentality... why can’t we all just be americans?

of course, i have some fondness for the cultures that my ancestors came from, but i’ve never considered myself anything but american.
