Notice that all the "other problems" the author mentions are largely caused or greatly exacerbated by the presence of illegal aliens in our country.

It’s a trick TITLE, certainly... but not a trick article.

At the end of each and every issue section, I point out that if we end illegal immigration, we make great strides toward solving that issue. Again and again.

Was I THAT unsuccessful in my approach?

It is which determines how all other issues will go. Amnesty means millions of new socialist voters and permanent Democrat rule. The Corporate State will come very quickly and will morph into the Total Bureaucratic State. There may or may not be a Stalin clone at the top but the Bureaucracy will strangle the society and destroy production quickly to the point that slave labor a la the USSR is introduced and it continues downhill from there. If America goes that route then continuing civilization in the world depends on some tiny country staying out of the clutches of Islam or Russia or China and develops free market capitalism all over again and manages to defend itself from the declining empires that will rule most of the world.

I do not think that you read the article. He is against illegal immigration and points out why.

Here’s the thing. I know I don’t have to convince my fellow conservatives that illegal immigration is the destructive core of our nation’s problems. All conservatives already KNOW that.

I’m writing for the rest of the country, the moderates, and even the few liberals who are willing to be openminded. THEY don’t think immigration is a big deal. They wonder why the heck we won’t give up on this one and move on to other issues like healthcare and jobs and education and crime.

So I wrote it to answer that question.

I really didn’t realize I’d buried my thesis so deep.

If I can be honest, you’re not going to convince anyone who in 2015 does not already ready understand this is probably the biggest most threatening dangerous issue of them all. Because they’re either drooling in cups, or are the same one’s pushing this country killing invasion.
