I would love to see a Walker/Cruz ticket.
Eisenhower wasn’t a career politician with lots of election wins to bigger offices across decades. Walker is also not a typical politician either, and hopefully he never becomes one, no matter what happens. Not a great comparison.
The GOP will be Walker’s biggest opponent.
My preference is vice versa, but I can live with your love.
The American people understand the guy has guts.
Excellent coverage on the Fox News special last night. Even the lib woman from NPR agreed he is the best logical choice. Many people don’t know who he is yet, so there is tremendous upside potential.
His other strengths.
1. Paul Ryan, House tax and spend boy
2. Rinsing Priapus, GOPe empty chair
A lot of times, people in leadership positions do one or two of these things, but not all three. Spend your time listening, then spend your time communicating with people, then go out and act, and do it over and over again, Walker said.
Walker is looking better every day.
Which should have flags waving, sirens blaring and a robot screaming "Danger Will Robinson!" going off in your head.
If the candidate is not a strong social conservative, then count me out.
I wouldn't be surprised if Walker won, though he is not my first choice. I would be surprised if he became the Next Reagan.
If we can’t get Cruz then Walker is a strong candidate. Americans like a proven winner and a governor who demonstrates leadership ability.
I would be surprised if he became the Next Reagan.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all. Look at Governor Reagan........he and Governor Walker are clones. I believe that it is POSSIBLE that President Walker will be even more popular and conservative then President Reagan. We only get this gift about once every generation and God is dropping Governor Walker into our hands. We just have to ALL wake up and take God seriously.
I’m just not seeing it.
Was DDE a RINO by the GOP standards of the 1950s? Even then I would think that the party demarcation was still on the basis of class rather than ideology, with most Dems for labor and most Reps for management and small business; the GOP doesn't split into the establishment and conservative branches until the 60s, and the Democrats don't all turn leftist until the 80s.
Just curious, does he have humility and/or a quick wit?
Then you need to go and hear his Iowa talk on Youtube - his biggest applause came from the fact that during his gov’ship Wisconsin has DEFUNDED PLANNED PARENTHOOD! THAT IS HUGE!
Have you bothered to look; or do you need someone to spoon feed you?
And that makes him the next Reagan how?
