1. What about the other documents on the hard drive? Were they backed up, or are they lost, too?
2. I would think that the other documents would be too valuable to lose, so I would think that they were backed up somewhere, so I wish the Congress committee would ask the IRS what happened to the non-email documents on the crashed hard drives.
3. Manufacture of hard drives and computers: Anyone check with manufacturers to see what they had to say?
4. Company that installed backup system: Congress should talk to these people to find out what went wrong.
