Too bad Perry get farther in the nomination process for POTUS.

What about ‘16? Christie’s finished, as well he should be.

If homo behavior was genetic it would have been eliminated long ago, because homos cannot breed and pass such genetic traits on.

the problem is California will be ok because the feds will move money from prosperous states to bail them out.
and they’ll do it forever.

Perry is absolutely correct - there are people sexually oriented towards becoming an amputee as well. Should we cut off all their limbs because of this?

"Whether or not you feel compelled to follow a particular lifestyle or not, you have the ability to decide not to do that." He continued on the discussion, in part prompted by the Texas Republican Party's adoption of platform language supporting access to "reparative therapy," a psychological approach that claims to be able to change sexual orientation of adults, from gay to straight, "I may have the genetic coding that I'm inclined to be an alcoholic, but I have the desire not to do that, and I look at the homosexual issue that same way."

I believe that's the same position as the Catholic church. A person doesn't have to act out their abnormal impulses.

Is he saying that Gays should be marched into Rehab Centers with a Gun to their back, no.

He is saying that is Gays CHOOSE to seek help for something they truly do not want to participate in, they can.

Remember, “Choice” doesn’t just apply to murdering Babies in the Womb, or does it?

Unless it's a recessive gene. But science still hasn't found any scientific evidence to support the born that way theory. And we've mapped the human genome. And straights become gay and gays become straight. It doesn't look good for those who think homosexuals are born that way.

Kind of ironic that in fighting to outlaw reparative therapy, the Progressive-left is trying to have government dictate people’s choices, as they relate to their sexual practice and lifestyle choices.

I wonder what would happen if Perry said “If you voted for Prop 8 and feel that the courts in this State overturned your choice, why don’t you try out Texas?”

He was not talking about cutting off their limbs but about those wanting to surgically remove their pickles.

Let CA drown in its hateful, self destructive culture, Texas will gladly accept the stable and hard working Californians who want to become ex-Californians.

Doubt it. When the feds run out of money to pay interest on all those US Treasury bonds that China holds, the first thing China will target militarily is coastal CA, and they’ll probably take it without firing a shot when you account for the general weakness on the part of most coastal californians.

I spend plenty of time in Texas and it will be indistinguishable politically from California in about 10 years. The white and Asian people who are moving for jobs are mostly Democrats, as are Latinos. More importantly is that the young elite are at least 60% Democrats with entirely California-type views on all questions of race, gender and sexuality. When they are setting the tone, all other institutions will fall in line.

They recruit.

They’ll tell you they don’t but they’re lying.

I worked at a university for a while and saw a few of them operate. Just like the moonies in the 1970s, they’d find a vulnerable, lonely, first-time-away-from-home type, cut them out of the crowd, be all “supportive” and “your only friend,” isolate and brainwash.

If you say boo about the homos, you’ll end up in front of some diversity commission or something. I know. I did. I was glad to be out of that leftist cesspool...

I’ll tell you this — if there is ever a “gay gene” found, they’ll be lined up protesting in front of the abortion clinics. Abortions will be totally outlawed for “genetic selection purposes” or some moo-doo like that.
