making it difficult for vulnerable countries to prepare for the hardships caused by global warming

You want to see hardships, watch what happens when it snows in the Caribbean.

Will Algore have to sell one of his extravagant mansions? That’s when we will know that the EPA has finally run out of our tax dollars for these foolish Democrat-crony green projects.

prepare for the hardships caused by global warming.

Preparation mainly consists of building Swiss Bank Accounts for the political elites.

The scam is failing, despite multinational and UN support.
We just have to make it mandatory, then it will work as well as 0bamacare. Oh, wait...

The cronies of certain politicians are preparing for climate change by adapting their bank accounts to accept more money.

I thought they already reversed warming. Didn't they take credit for stopping global warming yet? They should be begging for clothes for the poor as the earth seems to now be making a turn to global cooling (or at least it's stabilized).

Here's an idea. You want to save millions of lives and improve the lives of millions of others? Put some dams on those rivers in Africa and build some power plants. How about some nuclear power plants and waste water treatment plants in the tribal regions of the world. Teach them to irrigate land.

If you want to truly change the global climate, turn chunks of what is now desert into fertile farm land. We've done it before. For the ridiculous amount of money that is being looted from nations around the world, we might be able to plant the Sahara using technology readily available (exaggeration here for effect).

Ah well. You can’t fool all of the people all of the time as it turns out.

“Future fundraising tactics would have to be “extremely aggressive” in order to raise enough money to continue their work, according to board members of the UN-run Adaptation Fund,”

No problem. They can just tax the hell out of the internet once Obamadork gives them the keys.

I suspect that this is why NASA, an always reliable doom monger, recently predicted societal collapse if we didn’t go commie. They know the climate scam is winding down, and they need a new fear campaign.

“Angela Churie-Kallhauge, who represents Sweden on the board, told RTCC that there is still a “very keen interest” from developing country governments in the Fund, despite their financial difficulties.”

This really surprised me, I thought it would be the opposite, but I guess the poor countries really and genuinely care after all.

A meeting, public invited, to initiate a local chapter of the Citizens Climate Lobby (described as non-partisan?) is being held in my little Idaho city tomorrow. This is the first I’ve heard of this organization, obviously intended to facilitate a key element of America’s Fundamental Transformation. Speaker/facilitator is to be Wm. Barron, CCL’s regional coordinator and former Utah candidate for U.S. Senate.
This bears watching. A key sentence from its invitation/propaganda reads as follows: Do we really want to leave future generations a world in which human suffering will increase at an exponential rate in the absence of serious action to curb carbon pollution?”

This is series, indeed!!
