We don’t need investigations. From the GOP we need a unified message, engagement and action. This IRS stuff was a hanging curve ball for the GOP and they left the bat on their shoulder.

Well, maybe not. Obama will mandate that they stay in business.

So why are businesses and their lobbyists not complaining about this? They are either scared of the obama admin or happy to play for time.
I can’t help but think we are being played here. Big Business want to dump employees on to government run health care just much as the Dems do. They hate providing health care to employees.
Until we see some real opposition from the business community I won’t believe they seriously oppose Democratcare.
No doubt about that. Truth be told, Boehner deserves to be Tarred, Feathered and run out of town on a rail. He is, without question, the most Worthless, Useless and Spineless person to have ever been House Speaker.
Judge Napolitano went ballistic on the Kelly Files last night when he described this Obama diktat as the President using executive orders to now create new CRIMES. This is no different than Hitler using his executive power to send dissidents to concentration camps.
Can we say “DERELICTION OF DUTY”?

I don't think we've gone quite that far yet, but we're close.
That will work as well as long as it is in conjunction with Dereliction Of Duty. Remember, each and every member of Congress Swore an Oath upon entering their respective office.
That Oath states: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Seems to me that not many members of Congress are doing much of anything to live up to their Moral Obligations.
I am sure the IRS will be fair in their rulings/s
