Surely Michelle would recommend bananas as a healthy diet. I eat them fairly often, to deal with muscle cramps that I’ve had from chemotherapy about 20 years ago.

So do I, my doc says I should eat them regularly, the magnesium in them is supposed to be good for your heart. I also like watermelon and "soul food", guess I'm a racist too.

Even if it were true, I just don’t really care. Russia, with all its faults, may be the last bastion of the shrinking white race. It may be one of the last majority white nations which is not allowing itself to “diversify” itself out of existence as a white nation. For all who are about to call me racist, tell me what Asian or African nation is expected to allow itself to be overwhelmed by whites to the point of genocide of the present majority race. The UN calls that “genocide” when it’s any other than white populations.
