The strategy to grant citizenship to massive numbers of immigrants was already used by Democrats during the Clinton administration to boost their chances in the 1996 elections. The “Citizenship USA” program run by then Vice President Al Gore accelerated the naturalization process for more than 1 million immigrants between August and September. The program organized mass citizenship ceremonies in big city sports stadiums around the country, naturalizing as many as 5,000 immigrants at a time.

As a result of the rush to make the Democrat-leaning immigrants eligible to vote in time for the November election, the Immigration and Naturalization Service failed to conduct fingerprint and background checks on more than 180,000 immigrant applicants. Of all applicants, more than 75,000 were later found by an independent audit to have criminal arrest histories, according to David P. Schippers, the chief counsel for the House Judiciary Committee, who led a congressional investigation of the Citizenship USA program.

Supplementing the Democrats’ strategy to legalize millions of politically sympathetic new voters, powerful Hispanic advocacy groups and allied left-wing “social justice” organizations exert tremendous political pressure on Congress and the White House to prevent any reduction in the massive flow of immigration to the U.S. — both legal and illegal. Well-financed groups such as the National Council of La Raza and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF) work closely with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and left-wing pressure groups to block enforcement of immigration laws as well as construction of effective barrier fencing along the border with Mexico, guaranteeing that the flow of hundreds of thousands of illegals into the U.S. annually continues without interruption. That provides the potential new voters who hold the key to future power.

Following the strategy employed by Boston’s James Michael Curley, Detroit’s Coleman Young and Zimbabwe’s Robert Mugabe, pro-immigration leaders use incendiary rhetoric to frighten and intimidate their opponents into silence and to generate hatred towards them. Citizens who call for enforcement of immigration laws or border fencing are viciously denounced as “racists,” “Nazis,” “bigots,” and “hatemongers.”

Oh, but he's NOT just a 12-year old drug-smuggler.....

He votes (sometimes in several districts all on the same day).

He has several drivers' licenses.

When the little rascal's not dealing drugs--- he's cashing US govt checks: UI, SSI, Workmen's Comp, TANF (temporary assistance to needy families), WICS (food assistance), subsidized Section 8 shelter, ObamaPhone subsidies, Utility Assistance subsidies, $5000 a year EITC checks per identity, hefty monthly "asylum" checks from SS ....

Plus he's thrifty---wire transfers large amounts of drug assets and US govt proceeds----for his early retirement in sun-drenched Mexico.

He's applied for in-state tuition to several US colleges (w/ several identities he gets Pell grant checks rolling in regularly).

He's industrious----even applied for a job in Cong Gutierrez's office---where several "Dreamers" are already employed.

In Mexico, the cartels are known for a staggering number of killings — more than 50,000, according to one tally. Beheadings are sometimes a signature. So far, cartels don't appear to be directly responsible for large numbers of slayings in the United States, though the Texas Department of Public Safety reported 22 killings and five kidnappings in Texas at the hands of Mexican cartels from 2010 through mid- 2011. In Chicago, the police commander who oversees narcotics investigations, James O'Grady, said street-gang disputes over turf account for most of the city's uptick in murders last year, when slayings topped 500 for the first time since 2008.

Although the cartels aren't dictating the territorial wars, they are the source of drugs. Riley's assessment is stark: He argues that the cartels should be seen as an underlying cause of Chicago's disturbingly high murder rate. "They are the puppeteers," he said. "Maybe the shooter didn't know and maybe the victim didn't know that. But if you follow it down the line, the cartels are ultimately responsible."

U.S. Rep. Sam Johnson, R-Texas, left, wants to end the practice of giving illegal immigrants tax credits for kids, but U.S. Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., won’t let the House-approved measure H.R. 556 through the Senate. "The System is Working Fine" says Senator Harry Reid, even though the Joint Committee on Taxation calculates that enactment of H.R. 556 would save taxpayers $24.4 billion over the next decade.

The House of Representatives repeatedly has passed an IRS bill that could save U.S. taxpayers up to $24.4 billion over the next 10 years — but Harry Reid’s Democratic Senate will not hear it.

The Refundable Child Tax Credit Eligibility Verification Reform Act, or H.R. 556, would require tax filers to provide Social Security numbers to claim child tax credits. Currently, the IRS allows undocumented residents to collect the $1,000 credits for dependents not even living in the country. Watchdog reported that illegal immigrants received $4.2 billion from the tax agency in just one year.

“My bill (targets) billions of dollars in waste, fraud and abuse. Instead of hitting up taxpayers for even more taxes, Washington needs to go after these billions of dollars,” said U.S. Rep. Sam Johnson, R-Texas.

Though the GOP-controlled House has passed Johnson’s measure three times, Senate Majority Leader Reid, D-Nev., refuses to allow the bill to come up for a vote in his chamber. “The IRS has been doling out the credit to tax filers claiming children who do not even live in the country,” Johnson charged.
