It would be very difficult to implement any of these changes. I don’t know how many of them are in the constitution, probably all of them; and that makes it hard right there.
Perhaps it could be tried on the state level? Some places want to let illegals vote in their local elections so why couldn’t the reverse (restricting instead of expanding) be done?
Of course, I don’t know if anyone has actually done that, but it’s certainly been proposed.

Horowitz is brilliant (most of the time). He’s been in the belly of the leftist beast and sees clearly what they’re up to.
