Hey CivilWarBrewing - I am curious to know how many Bush fired. Not being contentious, I am just curious and know enough about the military to know that past a certain rank it is very much political.
I found a 2008 article stating that Bush fired or forced out 4....and a bad link to a 2008 article in the Armed Forces Journal on why Presidents don’t fire Generals anymore and should.
Anyhow, I need context...
What does it take to get fired? Join the border patrol and do your job. Not only can you get fired, but you can end up in prison as well!
To the thin-skinned, there is no criticism than can be constructive.
