No, he thinks that Mr. Stan Dunham was in the CIA and sent to Hawaii to watch Davis. When Miss Stanley Ann got pregnant by Davis, Stan was afraid the CIA would can for let his daughter get pregnant by the guy he was suppose to be watching. So Stan convinced Obama to be the patsy, and then sent them both off to Kenya to have the baby.
And all of that falls down the moment you realise there’s no evidence of her physical presence in Hawaii until she showed up in 1963 with a child two or three years of age.
