Carter’s greatest achievement was in preventing any liberal Democrat (IMO, Clinton was more centrist than you might think) from being elected for 30 years. My hope is that Obama will eclipse this record.
So the Jew-hating peanut farmer can die happy. BTW, back in the 50’s, when Jimmah ran for gov of GA, he ran on a platform of assuring White parents that no school in Georgia would be integrated under his watch. But hey, that was then, he’s “evolved”, much like Sen “Sheets” Byrd.
I thought is was a beautifully sweet and terse slap - the defining part of Obama and questionable:
“His major accomplishment was Obamacare, and the implementation of it now is questionable at best.”
I wonder if Jimmuh just made a fortuitous attempt at playing nice or if he decided he finally had another kid on the block to soak up the derision of others.
