You’re right! I think that should be put in the comments section on facebook along with the other comments.

You don’t need an account to view the page, but it wanted me to login or sign up to actually make a comment.
So, my government is soliciting comments through a private entity of questionable reputation in regard to privacy, and I’ve got to sign up with that private entity in order to respond to the solicitation.
Part of the reason for a lack of understanding of the business requirements was the administration hiding the details of how things were to work so as to shield the program from political criticism. It’s hard to criticize a program if you don’t know the details of how it works. Likewise, if you don’t know the details of how it works, it’s hard to fix it or otherwise make it work properly.
Oh I know...I’m just giving them...ehh you can finish that thought I’m sure, if you remember the previous bits of the conbo.
