He claims he did it because he is 'autistic'.
Not buying it for a minnit, slobbo.

He may have Asperger’s syndrome, but he’s certainly not full-blown autistic.
I don’t think he’s going to do very well in prison, either.

I’m an Aspie myself, and I’m @#$! sick and tired of little oxygen thieves like him using it as an excuse for their little escapades. Makes it even harder for the rest of us.

autistic and people with aspergers are not normally violent, or devious, or hurtful....

From what I am given to understand, if you are 'autistic' you have difficulty performing even mundane tasks. How then was he able to figure out how to hack into computers and webcams with no training and develop into more than 100 computers under his control?
Unless he had help. There's a chilling thought. He might be someone else's pelosi (fall-guy).

Wait a minute....So this is possible? Webcams can be hacked and you can take nude photos with them? Just out of curiosity where are the extremely detailed instructions on how to do this?

Since she is a teen (the victim, not the perp), not gonna happen, mate. Pics would be illegal.
The sicko, on the other hand, will soon have his lineup photos being presented in all his slope-headed 'glory'.

The guy sounds like a real ass-burger to me. They should poke out one of his eyes and throw him in a cell with Bubba the Prison Monkey for a few weeks, pre-trial.

Yeah, webcams can be hacked, even if you have completely disabled them in your OS. Once a hacker has control of your machine, they can simply turn them back on.
However, no hacker can remotely remove a small piece of electrical tape over the lens :)
To: Boogieman
Yeah, webcams can be hacked, even if you have completely disabled them in your OS. Balderdash. My webcams are Un-Hackable, and I defy anyone to try.
Unless you can magically grow an arm and a hand out of the computer and plug it in, and by the way also magically connect it to the internet at the same time.
The only time I plug in any type of camera is when I am offline and working on other projects, so hack away!

Oh, and I forgot: you would have to magically also reach out to the cardboard box it is currently in along with the ISA network and SCSI cards I was working on and dig underneath the old MSM and RLL drives I was cannibalizing yesterday.
And where did I put that EGA card?

*laugh* I defy anyone to identify Me from those sepia-tinged two images of Me undiapered and only six months old. Especially since the gunpowder residue from the flash attachment on the camera will immediately identify who they are if they try.

They might let you get away with it on Archienet, not Fidonet however.

“I have naked pictures of you. Do as I say, or I will post them to Fidonet.”
Posting nudes of me anywhere will probably result in EPA imposing excessive fines for felony level visual pollution.

Try filing a Freedom of Information Act request with the NSA.

Many teens these days do. They use them to video chat (Skype) back and forth. Twenty years ago they were on the phone constantly. In today’s day and age it’s vidchat and texting -even if they are sitting back to back in the same room. I can certainly attest to that last one as a personal observation.
