How they can’t stand to see the love Sarah shows for little Trig is beyond my comprehension.
I would never occur to me to criticize a mother’s love for her child if a mother were liberal or had other philosophical differences with my point of view. Yet to some of these liberal and feminist types, everything is viewed through a political lens, isn’t it?
And what about the liberals and their trashing of Bristol Palin? The liberals, who generally have no problems with out of wedlock pregnancy and the whole “baby mama” culture, heaped such abuse on the Palin family and Bristol because she became pregnant without a husband. Liberals who are oh so tolerant and non-judgemental about these sorts of things were extremely vicious in their judgements about the Palin family on that one too. Why?

What do you mean would Sarah have bugged out halfway through? Halfway through what?
If you are criticizing her resignation as governor, then to be intellectually honest, we have to criticize all politicians who did not serve out their terms of elective office. This would include Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry, among many others, who were elected to an office but resigned said office for some reason.

Here’s my view:
Progressive feminists are all about furthering their progressive ideology, has little to do with “women”, per se. They have never championed conservative women and, in fact, do what they can to destroy strong conservative women “leaders”, and ridicule/demean any other conservative women who are not in leadership positions.
Feminism has never had anything to do with women as a gender, but everything to do with empowering both men and women who would further their progressive agenda.
Once you understand that, you will no longer say “I have never understood why the liberals ... hate Sarah Palin so much”.
I should have mentioned the abortion angle. They are actually hating themselves for killing their own babies.

Palin’s Governorship in Alaska was a special case.
Alaska’s law left Palin personally responsible for (massive) and rapidly growing lawyer bills.
Personally responsible, for a raft of politically motivated gotcha suits.
Other states, and the federal government do not leave their people personally responsible.

i've been pro-Palin since august 2008 and she's given me no reason to re-think my position. as far as i've seen... she's one of the few sparks of hope left for my country (which is distinctly different from 0bama's version)
She is a Christian and credits The Lord for all that she does. There is no way that the liberals can field that.
