The blame for this fiasco can be laid in the lap of the American citizens themselves. They have become the epitome of the selfish, all about ME people. Whenever there is the least bit of discomfort, they look for quick fix answers in order to keep the gravy train rolling along.
Delving into the Obozocare behemoth we can see that the central socialist government has worked a clause into this lousy piece of crap that allows THEM the right to transfer unknown sums of money from individual Roth and 401K accounts. That crap has yet to hit the fan.
You reap what you sow. And even if Reverend Wright, the former pastor of Prez. Obama was malicious in his intent, he was close to the mark when he said, "the chickens are coming home to roost", but meanwhile the lousy politicians are loathe to truly fight this menace and confront the evil Obama.
It’s the bill Nancy Pelosi told us had to be passed “so we can find out what’s in it.”

If all the current rules remain the same and Obocare is not repealed, then your 401k will be likely effected in three ways. It’s value will not increase very much because of the long term economic trends. Your return will be further diminished because of the inevitable inflation that will come. And finally you will inevitably be taxed on your payouts at a higher rate than they otherwise would have been.
All that assumes no change to the 401k rules. However, I would not be surprised if the rules are changed. I think the government will be forced to apply some sort of additional capital gains assessment of these funds because they represent an irresistible source of revenue. I really believe we are all going to be screwed for being responsible and productive.
For those working folk putting lots of money into retirement plans, bank accounts, 401Ks, etc., you may want to rethink this. Page 59 of Obama’s Healthcare plan will set up an electronic link between your bank accounts and the federal government. Even though Obama is killing the stock market with his harmful economic policy, it may not matter since stock accounts will be siphoned in the future anyhow.

There is sound reason to believe Obamacare will run out of funds paying for illegals, etc. and will require funding. Why would they need this access
to your bank accounts if Obamacare is free?

Obamacare will be propped up on life support with taxpayer money come hell or high water, and the IRS will be there to confiscate it in force, with force if need be.
You’ll know the country as a whole regards this as a disaster when the mainstream media stops calling it as “Obamacare” and instead only refers to it as “the Affordable Care Act.” They’ll do what they can to distance Obama from this train wreck.

With laws against hoarders and seeing successful charities accused of hoarding and not using their trust funds, it’s a matter of time for court appointed psychiatrists to confiscate your postage stamp collection and savings because you are insane to “hoard” and not trust the government. Liberals investing in 401ks were telling me I was insane for going in debt to beat the inflation and bet against such savings. Only stupid liberals vote for socialism and yet love to brag about their retirement accounts and socialist easy living. Didn’t they hear it is all militarist cultist system?
