It looks like a few more details have trickled in...
* This incident is reported to have occurred in Cotati, California.
* A neighbor called 911 to report a domestic dispute coming from the home.
* The male victim’s name is James Wood, age 33, and he does admit to having had a “loud argument” with his wife.
Open fire.
