that ship sailed on November 4, 2008, My Friend. On that date a majority of those that voted said, via their votes, they no longer wanted the responsibility of living as free men and womem. They said, again via their votes, that they preferred the “security” of becoming slaves to the Government. To make a long story short, they sold their souls for a bowl of Government stew. This decision was cemented on November 6, 2012. Us old few old people are all that is left to carry, such as it nows, the torch of freedom. When we are gone, so will be freedom. Granted, there will be some of the younger set that preers freedom over slavery, but they will comprise a smaller minority that we are today. And all we can do is keep fighting as best we can. I was born a free man and when I die I will be a free man. if that means that I do not die of natural causes, so be it.

The closer I get to my inevitable death, the less concerned I am with it. Blue hats and democrats best keep that in mind when you come for this old man’s guns.

As posted on previous threads -

Load the bunkers of the USS New Jersey with fuel oil.
Scrounge some 16 inch rounds.
Find the old crew for the final sortie - probably the only ones who know how to operate the analog mechanical range computers (which were quite accurate, even during the Gulf War).
Steam down the Delaware, up the Jersey Shore, into New York Harbor, and up the Hudson River. A, B, and C turrets about 135 degrees to starboard, and around 79th street would be the best firing location to get a firing solution on Dag Hammarskjold Plaza. My previous course of going up the East River would not be as good - a dramatic direct fire, but the rounds would just go through the building.

Dirty little secret regarding Dag Hammarskjold. As Sec Gen, he supported Patrice Lumumba in the Congo, who was a client of the Soviet Union.

I have been assured it does. And it has been around for quite some time.

There are a few options too.

There is another site with assorted firearm related recipes.

“Simply put, the UN believes guns don’t belong in the hands of the elderly,” said H. Michael Chase, an attorney for the human rights watchdog group.

Whut? 55 is elderly? Maybe in some third world country, but not here.

That’s right. Patrice Lumumba university in Moscow was named for him.

A fellow named Yuri Bezmenov told me about all that evil doing.

Eds Red Plus

This variation on the Ed’s Red formula gives it a copper removing ability similar to the commercial bore cleaner Marksman’s Choice MC-7.

You will need:

11 ounces of basic Ed’s Red
2 ounces of 10%-20% industrial strength ammonia
2 ounces of Rustlick WS-11 cutting oil or suitable alternative
1 ounce of Murphy’s Oil Soap

Wow. This is as big a disconnect between gun owners and mass murderers as the TSA’s disconnect between muslim terrorists and 4-year old blonde girls or grannies trying to crash commercial airlines.

"The optimal self-defense posture for seniors would include such items as a rape whistle or high-decibel air horn, quick-strike road flares, an electronic medical alert system, a cellular telephone with a large display, morphine injections, neon or glow-in-the-dark armbands, a mesh vest, a pith helmet with flashing headgear and a solar-powered radio," said Dr. Betti."

Already have some flares - I wanna a pith helmet with a flashing light on top - sounds super cool.

I wonder if Sportsman's Guide or International Military Antiques have any in stock?

Truth, for the prudent who have nurtured their age-related risks 55 is roughly middle age, mentally and physiologically . Not many have cared so well for themselves and known decondititoning processes manifest near traditional gradations. Though genetic and environmental, and even accidents contribute to the progression, on balance we are marginally transcending long-held consensus on accepted maturation and beyond decondititioning.
