I hope you’re right. Sadly, in my past three decades I’ve seen so many military “leaders” who are totally uneducated on the Constitution they swore an Oath to defend and protect...I wonder what tiny fraction of officers and enlisted we have left in (and out) of the services who even understand their primary obligation as a member of the US military, which is to obey the words of that Oath.

I fear that the majority of uniformed service members will soon disgrace themselves and their flag by obeying a directive to defy their Oath.

While I agree this is most definitely a must read, at the same time I feel parts of it are very close to borderline threats of murder of innocents, though I know it is not.

My point being, this is exactly the kind of thing to be used against this right thinking man to take away his liberty to keep arms under Obama's new laws.

I do not care why you took that job with the government, or why you continue to hold it. I only know that you have become Judas and sold yourself to an oppressive state - your government office buildings and vehicles are part of the battlefield, and as a soldier I shall act accordingly.

I do not care why, as a journalist, you choose to spin and corrupt the news, rather than report the plain truth and let the people judge for themselves. I was just remarking to someone yesterday. Throughout history there has always been some bastard who thinks he has to go to war. It is always men who would rather be at peace and free and didn’t start the war who finish it. Maybe it is the outrage of having their peace and freedom destroyed by some greedy stupid bastard who can’t work and play well with others.

This is true. However, to your former point, he could be interpreted to mean the word “battlefield” is being used metaphorically. e.g. posting flyers at “the battlefield”.

Regarding your latter point, it is why a lot of us don’t pen this stuff ourselves but post someone elses words on facebook and say “this is an interesting read”. After all, one can post something they disagree with and say it is an interesting read.

As my wife likes to say, “interesting” is an interesting word. :-)
