I don't know why you feel that way. All they have to do now is pass a law which repeals that provision. And the only barrier to doing that is the Republicans (hah!) in the House.

According to reports, that amendment says the government cannot collect “any information relating to the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition.” CNN is calling it “a gift to the nation’s powerful gun lobby.”

The cynic in me believes that the White Hut clown will just simply rewrite the law on his own. He has already shown us what he thinks of laws and the Consitution and is already performing such shenanigans. Where is the GOP? Ccowering under their Congressional provided desks. Any day I expect to hear the Republicans bring up their favorite saying "Hey we only have 1/2 of 1/3 of the Government - WE HAVE TO HAVE THE WH."

IMPEACH NOW AND PUT THIS CLOWN IN THE KLINTOON HISTORY BOOK - I know the Senate will not convict. The GOP is not going to find the backbone to accomplish anything even though they have the power of the purse - then go after Impeachment if you think you are not capable of winning any of these fights. Show me the first program or agency you have DEFUNDED. The reason why Congress has such a low approval rating is the GOP.
