We Freepers often muse that a gun confiscation or the bouncing of EBT cards will cause civil unrest but if you want to see riots on a nationwide scale this is THE way to do it.

Exactly how does Obama get to do this unilaterally? Don't we have a Constitution that ascribes this power to Congress?

How about taxing your kid’s grades in school? AFTER ALL, we KNOW that kids who don’t make good grades in school are a DRAG on society as a whole ...

So, lets say that the cost to educate a kid is $10K/year.

Then, we tax based on grades:

A = 0% [$0], B = 5% [$500], C = 10% [$1000], D = 15% [$1500], and E = 20% [$2000]

But WAIT A MINUTE, thats not FAIR !!! Those with BETTER grades should be the ones that are taxed.

So, we tax in reverse - to spread the wealth around:

A = 0% [$2000], B = 5% [$1500], C = 10% [$1000], D = 15% [$500], and E = 20% [$0]

I live in American Indian country. We watch them go from Mc-D’s to Taco Bell and Dairy Queen drive through all in one 20 minute period. 95% are obese and do not work full time. Most have government assistence. So they are essentially taxing their base with this new tax from people who get a paycheck from government. Circle jerk on a trillion dollar scale. I'm not an accountant but their seems to be some major retardation in the plan.
