Attempting to read that interview made my head hurt. The hens are having their pecking party, each one asking a different question and never letting Ann answer even one of them.
BARBARA WALTERS: Can I ask a general question, everybook that you write is very controversial and shocking and usually an opinion thats desperate with everyone else.
Do you just write these books and try to find whatever it is that’s going to make everybody say, “Ah!”
BEHAR: You don’t believe this crap?
COULTER: The reason, it’s an excellent question. The reason I write these books is because I try to correct things that people believe that are just false.
SHEPARD: Here’s a question, because I was reading the book..
WALTERS: And you may be the only one that says it.
COULTER: There are a few things, discovering that we never won the Goldwater states and Republicans didn’t win the Dixiecrat states until the Dixiecrats died out
SHEPARD: You keep standing back in the past, you got to come back to the present. But this what I wanted to say.
COULTER: That’s new to me, the rest of it other people know.
SHEPARD: You keep saying if you read chapter 14, you make such divisive comments and incendiary comments, and hateful comments at times, it makes people not want to pick up your book and read it!
COULTER: No, I don’t think so. What’s a hateful comment in here?
SHEPARD: When you talk about, you stay in the past,
COULTER: Well, that’s because that was brought up. It’s just a fact.
SHEPARD: When you talk about voter suppression, which is obviously trying to keep black and Latino.
COULTER: Republicans have never done that, that was a Democrat thing...
SHEPARD: Ann, there are states where they don’t even have...
WALTERS: Stop it, can I just say one thing to Ann? No matter what, you sit down here and you got 5 women going bah badda badda, whatever it is, thank you for coming on!
Did Shepard even HAVE a question?
I remember the flick with Brian Keith vs. Jimmy Stewart where Stewart was attempting to introduce Hereford cattle into the western US range........with Maureen O’Hara. Beautiful. Not to mention the Irish movie with John Wayne as the US boxer who “escaped” to Ireland after inadvertantly killing a guy in the US in a boxing match. Very enjoyable.
Maureen was exquisitely beautiful.....and typically contrary, as are MOST WOMEN!
Ann’s new book is outstanding. I recommend to Southern freepers and everyone else the section on the South and the flag beginning on page 193.
But the entire book is wonderful. Worth ten times the price, at least.
I had trouble viewing the video of The View and the transcript. Will read the thread now and maybe pick up what happened.
From what I can see, being Black must be pure he//. After decades of social programs aimed at their race, after lowering virtually every standard of performance so that they might “have a level playing field, after denying qualified Americans jobs and favoring them in the name of affirmative action, and after billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars aimed exclusively at areas of education related to their particular race; they remain miserable, dissatisfied and demanding ever more in the way of concessions simply because of their skin color. In addition, they constantly berate America and set themselves apart.
That’s what I know about being Black. It’s a biatch as far as I can see.
THE QUEEN OF DENIAL
This feels a lot like the "The word which may not be spoken."
It describes her to a "T."
She claims to have had six or seven abortions and that each of them was a difficult decision all six or seven of them (she can’t remember which).
I'm a white female. I worked in uniform in NY State Corrections for 25 years. The last 14 years of my career I was a Sergeant. I took the Sergeant's exam and passed with a 92. Although I'd gotten a high score, I saw black and hispanic male and female officers promoted over me, simply because they'd gotten extra points on the test. It took the State 4 1/2 years to finally get to me on the list, and I always wondered when I would have actually been promoted if no extra points had been afforded anyone. I figured I lost at least two years of promotional pay and seniority, due to being passed over.
I’m tired of being called a racist just because I’m white.
Isn’t that racist of the people calling me such names?

The inequality that caused you so much loss is astounding; and yet Blacks cry about their plight in this nation.
Well, it appears that the jig is just about up. There are no longer enough working, taxpaying Americans to feed, house, clothe and provide free medical care to all the “minorities” that the Liberal Socialists need to provide their base. When that base is deprived of their freebies, things will get really nasty for the rest of us and our families. That’s when the Oathkeepers will be so important.
